Our Mission

Our objective is to train players and increase their visibility to help them pursue opportunities with professional clubs. To achieve this, each player is carefully evaluated before joining the club and continuously monitored throughout their development journey within our program

Expertise & Leadership

Our Sporting Director and Head of Performance, Claude Anelka, has developed extensive expertise in player evaluation and talent identification through years of analyzing professional players across multiple football environments. His experience allows us to accurately identify strengths, weaknesses, and development priorities needed to reach elite level.
The 4-Layer Evaluation Model

Technical – Tactical – Physical – Mental

The 4-Layer Evaluation Model is a structured performance framework designed to assess a player’s complete profile through four essential dimensions:

1. Technical

Speed, endurance, agility, strength, balance, and overall athletic capacity.

2. Tactical

Game intelligence, positioning, decision-making, spatial awareness, andb understanding of team principles.

3. Physical

Ball control, passing quality, shooting technique, first touch, and execution under pressure.

4. Mental

Focus, confidence, resilience, discipline, competitiveness, and attitude.

Team selection

Once you have been selected, you will be informed which team you will be placed in.

During the season, and depending on your progress, you may move up to a higher-level team.
Individual Development Plan (IDP)

Each player receives a personalized performance plan including:

  •  Full player report after the trial
  • A development plan
  • Progress review every 3 months
