These Terms of Use govern access to and participation in the International Football Academy Program (“the Academy”). By accessing the website or enrolling in the program, you agree to these Terms.

All fees must be paid according to agreed schedules. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials remain the property of the Academy.

7. Media Consent

Participation grants consent for media capture unless written objection is provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

The Academy may terminate access or participation for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the Academy’s legal registration.
